Morrison Public Schools would like to announce that we are aiming to collect 1000 personal care/dry food items and 3000 canned good items before Thanksgiving Break.  These items will be donated to the Morrison Food Pantry that benefits our local community.  

Morrison Elementary School will be collecting the following items.  Their goal is a total of 1000 items.

• PK through 3rd Grade (500 items)- Personal Care Items & Paper Products (consisting of...)
  • Shampoo, bar soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, toothbrushes, dish soap, laundry soap pods - only, tissues, combs/hair brushes, napkins, ect. 
• 4th Grade through 6th Grade (500 items) - Dry Food Items (consisting of...)
  • boxed or bagged pasta, rice in boxes or small bags, boxed dinners, hamburger helper, dry spices, seasonings, gravy mixes, cereal, crackers, ect.

Students, parents, school staff, and community members are invited to participate in this wonderful cause! Donations may be brought to the elementary or high school office, or students may bring them to school.  If we successfully reach our goal of 1000 items at the elementary school and 3,000 canned goods at our JH/HS campus, we will earn an early release from school on Friday, November 21nd to kick off Thanksgiving Break!   The elementary school will release at 1:30 and the JH/HS will release at 1:40.
